Commissioning of the EcoTracker P1

This article describes how to set up your EcoTracker P1:

• Preparing the electricity meter

  • Ensure that your electricity meter has a P1 interface and that it is activated by the network operator.
  • If necessary, you may need to request activation of the P1 interface from the network operator.

• Connecting the EcoTracker

  • Connect the EcoTracker P1 to the P1 socket of your electricity meter using the supplied RJ12 cable.
  • In most cases, the EcoTracker is powered through the interface – no separate power adapter is required.

• Installing the app

  • Download the everHome app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  • Alternatively, scan the QR code on the packaging to directly access the appropriate app version.

    It is absolutely necessary to grant the app access to Bluetooth, location, network, and mobile data!

• Adding the device

  • Open the “Devices” section in the app and select “Add new device.”
  • Choose everHome and then EcoTracker.
  • Follow the instructions in the app to establish the connection.

• Checking functionality

  • After successful setup, the app will display the current energy consumption in real-time.
  • Compare the values with the display on your electricity meter to confirm functionality.
