I haven't received a response from support – what should I do?
In this article, you will learn what to do if you have not received a response after your support request.
After creating a ticket in the support system, you will usually receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This lets you know that your request has successfully reached us.
If you don’t see a response, please check the following points first:
- Check your spam or junk folder – sometimes the email ends up there by mistake.
- Correct email address attached to the ticket? – make sure you’re using the email address linked to your everHome account.
- Note down the ticket number – it’s included in the confirmation email. With this number, we can process your request more quickly.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.
If nothing arrives despite this
Please wait at least one business day – sometimes our support team is experiencing high demand.
If you have neither a confirmation nor a response after this time, please create a new ticket. If possible, include the ticket number from your first request.
In summary:
- No response? Check your spam folder.
- Keep your ticket number handy.
- Processing takes place Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- After one business day, create a new ticket if necessary.
This ensures that your request reaches us securely and is processed quickly.
