What will happen to your existing tickets?
Your previous tickets will not be lost – we will continue to process all ongoing enquiries as usual.
However, during the transition phase, you will no longer be able to view these older tickets directly in the everHome world.
You will continue to receive emails regarding updates or queries about your case.
If you have any queries regarding an existing ticket: simply reply to the last email or use the new contact form, quoting the old ticket number.
