I’ve forgotten my password – how do I change it?

This article explains how to change your password if you’ve forgotten it.

Of course, it can happen that you forget your password and haven’t saved it in your chosen password manager. The following steps show you how to reset your everHome account password yourself.

In the everHome app:

• Open the everHome app and tap the house icon in the top right-hand corner
• Select ‘Settings’ and scroll down slightly
• Here, tap the ‘Log out’ field
• Confirm the logout by selecting ‘Yes’; the logout will be processed
• The login screen will appear; select ‘Log in’ and then ‘Forgot your password?’
• Enter the email address for your everHome account and click ‘Reset’
• Check your email inbox; you may need to look in your spam folder
• Follow the instructions in the email

On the everHome website:

• Go to everhome.cloud and click on ‘Log in’
• Select ‘Forgot password’
• Enter the email address for your everHome account and click ‘Reset’
• Check your email inbox; you may need to check your spam folder
• Follow the instructions in the email
