Commissioning of the EcoTracker IR

This article explains how to set up your EcoTracker IR:

• Prepare the power meter

  • Check if the optical interface of your power meter is active.
  • If necessary: activate INF = ON in the meter menu and set PIN = OFF.

• Install the EcoTracker

  • Attach the EcoTracker precisely to the optical interface of the meter using the integrated magnetic mount.
  • Ensure that the device is centered on the data interface and the EcoTracker label is readable to you.

• Install the app

  • Download the everHome app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Alternatively, scan the QR code on the enclosed instructions to directly access the correct version.

    It is absolutely necessary to grant the app access to Bluetooth, location, network & mobile data!

• Add device

  • Open the “Devices” section in the app and select “Add new device.”
  • Choose everHome and then EcoTracker.
  • Follow the instructions in the app to establish the connection.

• Check functionality

  • After successful setup, the current energy consumption will be displayed in the app.
  • Test the connection by briefly reading the meter and comparing it with the data shown in the app.
