Occasionally, it may be necessary to update the email address linked to your everHome account. To successfully complete this process, please follow the steps below:
- Open either the everHome app or the everHome web portal.
- Navigate to the presence icon, located at the top right in the app and top left in the web portal, then select the Settings option.
- In the menu, go to Account and select the Email option.
- Follow the displayed instructions to complete the email address change.
